Terms of Service
Last updated: 20 July 2026
Baseline is a private, invite-only health record maintained by an individual. By using it you agree to these terms.
What this is
A personal record-keeping and charting tool for health data. It is provided for private use, free of charge, with no subscription and no commercial offering attached to it.
What this is not
It is not a medical device and it does not give medical advice. It stores numbers you or your clinicians produced and draws charts of them. Any status, grade, trend or correlation it displays is a description of the data, not a clinical judgement, and it can be wrong or misleading. Reference ranges describe a general population and may not apply to you.
Always rely on your treating team for clinical decisions. Never delay seeking medical advice because of something displayed here.
Accounts
Accounts are created by invitation. Keep your sign-in secure, and don’t share access with anyone you don’t intend to have your health records. Access may be removed at any time.
Your data
The data you put in remains yours. You can export or delete it at any time. How it is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.
Availability
This is a personal project. It may be offline, broken, changed or discontinued without notice, and no uptime is promised. Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose — particularly anything you might need to show a clinician.
Third-party services
Connecting WHOOP or signing in with Google means using those services under their own terms. They can change or withdraw their access at any time, which may stop parts of this app working.
Liability
The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, no liability is accepted for any loss arising from its use, from data loss, or from decisions made on the basis of anything it displays.
Changes
These terms may change. Continued use after a change means accepting the updated version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
